Flexion: decreasing the angle between 2 bones, bending a limb. (GẤP )

Extension: increasing the angle between 2 bones, straightening out a limb. (DUỖI )

Abduction: movement away from the midline of the body. (DẠNG )

Adduction: movement toward the midline of the body. (KHÉP )

Rotation: circulate movement around an axis. (XOAY )

Dorsiflexion: decreasing the angle of the ankle joint so that the foot bend upward.

Plantar flexion( có khoảng cách giữa 2 chữ): the motion that extends the foot downward toward the ground. Plant/o means sole of the foot.

Supination: as applied to the hand, the act of turning the palm forward.(NGỨA)

Pronation: as applied to the hand, the act of turning the palm backward. (SẤP)
